Return & Refund Policy


Physical Merchandise

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Digital Purchases

For all digital products, including software subscriptions and downloads, we are confident in your satisfaction, and we offer the same 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

Any other refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis and only at our discretion.

Please contact us first with any issues, since we provide first-line technical support for our products, and we will escalate any major defects or other concerns as needed. This includes making contact with the Tier 2/3 development & support teams of the software publisher if your network is attacked or a serious vulnerability is discovered.

NOTE: If a given product specifies a trial period in the description that exceeds the allowance of this policy, the stated time shall be honored for that product, but shall apply only to that product.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund based on incompatibility with third-party software.

Return Processing

Full Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection and provide an explanation in either case.

If approved, your refund will be submitted within two business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to seven business days for your bank or financial institution to fully process your return.

Partial Refunds*

Partial refunds MAY be issued for items in this category on a case-by-case basis.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by any error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late/missing refunds
Sale Item Refunds

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned unless there is a legitimate product deficiency.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any physical items except in cases where the item arrived defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Depending on where you live, the time required for any exchanges to be delivered will vary.

Special Notes

If you are shipping back an item valued at over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
